How Will You Ship My Item?

Shipments will typically go out via UPS or FedEx for standard rugs. If the rug is considered oversized (9' x 12' or greater) it will ship with a Freight carrier.

Freight shipments will take a few extra days to complete delivery and will require a valid phone number. They require a delivery appointment with the carrier and for you to be present to sign for and inspect the item.
